In January of this year, we began using a Ford Nugget as an work vehicle for the first time. Even after just a few initial deployments, it became clear that the vehicle is an excellent fit for our needs and our area of operation.
The combination of flexibility, comfort, functionality, and technical features has proven itself in daily use. Based on this positive experience, we have therefore decided to purchase another Ford Nugget. The purchase of the second vehicle has already been finalized.
This ensures that we will continue to rely on a modern and versatile fleet of vehicles that is optimally tailored to the demands of our operations.

Stephan Dickel (left), owner of LR-Operator&more, and Timo Stücken (center), of Nugget-Center Stücken und Dopp, agreed to a long-term partnership, enabling them to place an order for a third vehicle for 2027.

Jessica Perrucci (right), a member of management and head of scheduling, emphasizes: “All of our vehicles are equipped with the highest levels of safety, comfort, and technical features.”

The company adheres to high technical standards. Among other features, each work vehicle is equipped with four Motorola radios operating on a dedicated frequency, ensuring secure and reliable communication during lifts and operations. The four separate radios also make it possible to coordinate two teams on different channels when necessary.

The vehicle’s equipment is also designed for maximum flexibility when it comes to power supply and communication. The combination of lithium batteries, an inverter, and a charging booster ensures a reliable mobile power supply. The system is supplemented by a mobile Starlink receiver, which provides a high-performance internet connection even in areas where conventional network connections are unavailable or only partially accessible.

This transforms the work vehicle into a fully functional mobile office—regardless of the location.

In addition, our work vehicles are equipped with a drone. This allows us to capture and digitize the current geographical status of staging and deployment areas from a bird’s-eye view at any time. The data collected can then be integrated into existing plans and drawings—for example, when planning and preparing operations involving large components.

State-of-the-art technology, well-designed equipment, and maximum flexibility thus form the foundation for safe and efficiently planned operations.
