Crane Supervisor
The Crane Supervisor coordinates all crane-related operations on the construction site and ensures that all cranes and machinery used are optimally suited to their respective tasks.
Scope of Services
- Coordination and briefing regarding the cranes and machinery used
- Planning and organization of crane mobilization
- Assistance with the preparation and optimization of lifting plans (lifting consultation)
- Coordination with site management, project management, and subcontractors
- Monitoring of work processes in accordance with all safety and quality requirements
- Technical consulting throughout the entire project duration
Rigging Supervisor
The Rigging Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that crane erection and dismantling are carried out properly, as well as for the technical coordination of all setup and modification work. In doing so, he ensures that operations proceed safely and efficiently—from assembly through commissioning.

Organization and execution of conversions to different crane configurations - Technical guidance and coordination of the installation teams
